Terms of sale: Unless something else is agreed upon by both parties the following is valid: Until the palm trees are paid, they are the property of us. When buying through internet and e-mail there is a right of return of the goods for two weeks. Returnfreight is paid by the customer. The first freight is paid by us. Written notice must be given within 2 weeks after receipt of the plants. If the customer is deciding to return the goods the cusstomer is responsible for the care of the plants while they are in his or her custody. It is the responsibility of the customer to prove that the plants are not within specifications. Payment must be received in our hands not later than 1 week after last payment date. If payment is overdue inetrest of 2% each started month will be invoiced. If we so decide we can claim the plants returned. This does not relieve the customer for any expenses incurred while trying to achieve payment of the delivery. |
